From the Caribbean to Virginia: My Journey to Therapy

My journey began on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, where I learned the profound power of community and the resilience of the human spirit. It was there that my passion for helping others truly took root, leading me to a path dedicated to healing and growth. For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside countless individuals and families, helping them navigate their most difficult moments.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP), and a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Doctoral Candidate. But beyond the credentials, my approach is shaped by a deep belief in the power of connection. I combine my clinical expertise with real-life experience, a touch of creativity, and a down-to-earth honesty to create a safe, supportive, and realistic counseling experience for every client.

Clinical Supervision

For emerging mental health professionals, clinical supervision is a critical step in your career. Seleana provides a supportive environment for LPC Track and CSAC Residents to hone their skills, explore ethical dilemmas, and develop a strong professional identity.

LPC Residents: $75/hour (Individual) / $50 per person (Group)
CSAC Residents: $30/hour (Individual) / $20 per person (Group)

Consulting Services

Whether you are a fellow mental health professional, a school, or a community organization, our consulting services are tailored to your needs. We offer training and workshops on various topics, from building effective wellness programs to navigating complex behavioral health challenges.
